Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), in collaboration with Shanghai Electric, has launched a 12-month free online Chinese Language Learning Program starting on December 1, 2025. The program aims to help Pakistani engineers improve their communication and collaboration skills with Chinese firms. Eligible candidates must be Pakistani nationals with valid PEC registration and engineering graduates from 2018 to 2025. Preference will be given to candidates from underprivileged backgrounds. Participants must maintain at least 80% attendance, complete assignments regularly, and have stable internet access. Applications can be submitted online at the given Google Form link before November 20, 2025.
